Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During product launches, holidays, sales, or other periods of high order volume, proocessing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Unless stated as IN STOCK, all mahjong mats will take approximately 10-14 days from order processing to arrive at their destinations.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your pacakge appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your package has been lost, contact us at darlingmahong@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at darlingmahjong@gmail.com We will do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged product. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution.
